Rhonda Jean (Jones) Riggs

Rhonda Jean Riggs, 65, of Amarillo, passed away Wednesday March 30, 2022 in Amarillo. She was born October 1, 1956 in Amarillo, Texas to Lawrence and Phyllis Jones. She graduated from Vega High School in 1975. She worked as a Physical Trainer and was known to be feisty and spunky while pushing her clients to meet their goals. Rhonda loved working on family genealogy, sewing, crafts and painting. Rhonda loved watching her two grandsons play baseball, and loved spending time in the kitchen with her granddaughter

Rhonda is survived by her husband of 39 years (104 years) Randel Riggs; one son, Matt Davis and wife DeAn; two daughters, Brynn Rains and husband Travis, and Randi Riggs and three grandchildren Caden Davis, Bret Davis and Anabelle Riggs. She is also survived by her father, Lawrence Jones; a sister, Terri Artho and brother, Rick Jones.

Memorial Service will be 2:00 PM Sunday April 3, 2022 at LaGrone Blackburn-Shaw Coulter Road Chapel with Greg Corona of Hillside Christian Church officiating.
