Yolanda Cordova, 55, of Amarillo died September 20, 2021.
Services will be Saturday September 25, 2021, at Living Water Family Church, 2500 S.Eastern Street 79118, with Oscar Mendoza officiating. Burial will be at Llano Cemetery. Arrangements are by Lagrone Blackburn Shaw, 1505 Martin Road.
Yolanda was born on January 9, 1966, to Sixto and Luichi Cordova in Dimmitt, TX.
She enjoyed coloring and listening to Christian music. Most of all she loved her family. She was also a jokester.
Survivors include daughters Anna Cordova and fiancé Jimmy Flores, Ilicia Maes, and Veronica Cordova, all of Amarillo: sons, Ricky Maes, and Christian Cordova, all of Amarillo; sisters, Pam Cordova and husband Chuy Flores, Cecilia Arenas and husband Herman Arenas, Janie Cordova, and June Cordova, all of Amarillo; brothers, Joe Cordova, Willie Cordova, and Mario Cordova, all of Amarillo; sixteen grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Luichi Cordova, two sisters, Veronica Vigil and Rachel Morales, a granddaughter Marina Vega, and a great granddaughter Janessa Maes.
