Victor Vargas

Victor Vargas, age 60, of Amarillo passed away, Saturday, October 9, 2021. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather. Victor was born July 23, 1961, in Leon GTO Mexico, to Juan and Elena Vargas.

Victor’s talents were many, as he was a musician that enjoyed playing the harmonica and guitar. He also enjoyed his time painting and spending time with family in the outdoors and taking vacations to the beach.

Victor is survived by his wife Maria Vargas, one daughter, Adriana Vargas, three sons, Victor Vargas, Leonardo Vargas, and Diego Vargas, one daughter-in-law, Brenda Vargas, as well as eight grandchildren he loved dearly.

He is preceded in death by his parents; one sister, Ester Vargas, and three brothers, Carlos, Roberto, and Juan Vargas.

A rosary is scheduled for 6:00p.m. on Thursday October 14, 2021, at Lagrone Blackburn Shaw located on 1505 Martin Rd. Burial service will take place on Friday October 15, 2021 at 2:00p.m., at St Laurence Catholic Church on 2300 N Spring St.
