Verneather Demerson

Mrs. Demerson at age 86 went to her eternal resting place to meet her Savior on April 30, 2010.  She was  born February 22, 1924, in Caldwell, TX to Bennie Steward and Sarah Lewis (deceased).   She leaves to cherish her memories  two  sons:   Alvin Watson of Amarillo and Albert Demerson, Jr. and wife Shirley of Midland; five daughters: Ms Betty Bennett  of Houston, TX, Glenda Watson-Watts of Hampton, VA, Mrs. Alice Linster, Jacqueline Riproe and husband George, all of Midland and Shirley Coutee of Arlington, TX: a sister-in-law, Betty Henry of Amarillo; and grandchildren: Timothy Watts of Dallas, TX, Veronica Watts, Dewayne Richards of Amarillo, Connie, Freddie, and Kevin of Houston, TX, Winston and Wynette Watson of Bay City, TX, and a host of great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins residing in Texas and Virginia and her best friend Mrs. Alice Federer.
