Mrs. Wright was born March 23, 1923 in Childress to Ed and Effie Mae Wright. She graduated from Lelia Lake High School. She married Aubort Wright February 27, 1943 in Childress. Some of her fondest memories were the day she married her wonderful husband and the days her children, Charlotte and Cal were born also her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Her greatest inspirations were her parents who taught her to love the Lord. If she had her life to live over she said she would not change a thing. Mrs. Wright was a member of Vandilia Church of Christ of Lubbock.
She is preceded in death by her parents, two brothers and one sister
Survivors include her husband Aubort of the home; her daughter, Charolotte Clements and husband B.C. of Spur; her son, Cal Wright and wife Brenda of Levelland; her brother, Foy Mills and wife Betty of Anton; her granddaughters, Marci Kinch , Tandy Sparkman, Elizabeth Davidson, Hollie Wright and Jodi Wright, all of Lubbock and Stacey Buchanan of Sundown and Nine Great Grandchildren
