Tony T. Sengthavone

Tony Sengthavone, 65, passed away August 26, 2024, in Amarillo, Texas. He was born on June 8, 1959, in Vientiane, Laos, to Manh Sengthavone and Thinh Sengthavone. He graduated high school from Laos. He held many different jobs from welding to working in a warehouse for Affiliated Foods for over 15 years. 

He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers Sisavath Sengthavorn and Payath Sengthavorn. 

He is survived by his wife, Saysamone Nothirath, and his children, Christina (Rick) Oliva, Bailey Deckard, Vicki Sengthavone, Tristy Sengthavone, Steven Sengthavone and one granddaughter Olivia Hernandez. He also is survived by his brothers Phetsamone Sengthavorn, Sengmanylone Sengthavorn, Khankham Sengthavorn, and daughter Somphao (Kon) Vannavong.

Tony loved playing a variety of sports from bowling to badminton and watching football and many other sports. He loved to laugh and talk and hang out with friends. One thing he liked doing was watching cooking shows and then going to make those foods. He was called “Grandpa” by his grandchildren and will be missed by all who knew him and loved him.
