Tommy Lee Faulkner 70 of Amarillo, died Friday June, 6, 2013.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, June 11, 2013 from 6-7pm at the LaGrone Blackburn Shaw Funeral Home, Coulter Chapel 8310 S. Coulter Road, Amarillo, Texas

Funeral Services will be help at 10am Wednesday, June 12, 2013 at the  LaGrone Blackburn Shaw Funeral Home, Coulter Chapel 8310 S. Coulter Road, Amarillo, Texas

LaGrone Blackburn Shaw Funeral Directors of Amarillo Coulter Chapel is in charge of arrangements.

Burial will be in Llano Cemetery

Tommy was born October 26, 1942 unto Cleddie Ray and Marie Lee Roberson Faulkner in Gainesville, Texas.  He attended Gainesville High School and graduated in 1961.  Following graduation he joined the Air Force and served his country proudly in the Vietnam War.  He met and fell in love with his wife Margaret after one blind date.  They spent 50 happy years together.  While in the service, he and his family lived many places including Louisiana, Puerto Rico, and Clovis, England and finally back in Amarillo.  In Clovis he was the Past Master of the Clovis Lodge number 40 AF & AM.  Tommy was the Seam Squirrel of the Cooties at the VFW. He is a certified member of the Choctaw Tribe. He was an avid Dallas Cowboy and Texas Ranger fan. He was a loving husband and father and loved spending time with his family and he will be missed.



He was preceeded in death by his mother and father and grandparents.

Survivors include his wife Margaret, his children Scott and wife Vanessa of Amarillo, Janet and Gary Dover of Deltona, Florida, 8 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren
