Sharlotte Juanell Parish

Sharlotte Juanell Parish, 73, of Amarillo, TX, passed on Monday, May 09, 2022. Sharlotte, was born on October 26, 1948, to George Thurman Mock Sr. and Mary Louise Mock. She was wed to Douglas Wayne Parish. Sharlotte served in the United States Navy from 1968 to 1970, being stationed in Maryland as well as Corpus Christi, TX. She worked for Coleman's Furniture up to her retirement. Sharlotte enjoyed many hobbies including embroidery, jewelry making, and playing bingo. She was a volunteer member of the Agape Center in Amarillo, TX. Although she had no children of her own, Sharlotte was known as a mother figure to many people. Sharlotte is preceded in death by her spouse, mother and father, two brothers, and one sister. Survivors include her sister, Barbara Louise Fauske (spouse Robert), and two brothers, Blynn Lee Mock (spouse Pat), and Tracy Stewart Mock (spouse Tanya). In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
