He is survived by his father, Juan A. Fuentes, Jr. of Amarillo, TX, his mother, Cristina Alonzo of Austin, TX, grandparents, Juan Fuentes, Jr. and Carmen Fuentes of Hereford and Elida Briones of Hereford, two brothers, Johnny Fuentes of Hereford and Armando Fuentes of Amarillo, and two sisters, Tabitha Shea Simms of Amarillo and Cynthia Fuentes of Austin, as well as his step mother, Gloria Fuentes, three step brothers, Albert, Robert, and Gilbert Lucero, and two step sisters, Debbie Ramirez, and Kristie Lucero.
