Samuel Atak Passed away on March 11, 2023, he was born in Agor Marial Baai Aweil, South Sudan, on January 1, 1982. He went to Ethiopia to join the revolution in 1988 and he served in the Red Army in Pinyudo Ethiopia.
Samuel married Achuei Zakoria Akol and they have two children Atak SamuelAtak, and Athian Samuel Atak. Samuel came to the USA in 2001 as a refugee to Kansas City, Missouri, and moved to Amarillo, Texas in 2007. Working at JBS, Tyson, and Cavaniss Beef Packers.
Visitation will be Friday, March 2023 from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM at LaGrone Blackburn-Shaw Funeral Directors Chapel, 8310 South Coulter Road. Funeral Service will be 9:30 AM Saturday, March 25, 2023, at LaGrone Blackburn-Shaw Funeral Directors Chapel, 8310 South Coulter Road, Amarillo, Texas. The burial will be in Memory Gardens Cemetery 14200 Interstate 27, Amarillo, Texas.
