Royce Wayne White

Royce Wayne White 75, of Amarillo Texas, passed from this life on June 17, 2019.
Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 22, 2019 in LaGrone Blackburn Shaw Coulter Road Chapel with Pastor Shane Chadwick officiating. Burial will be at Llano Cemetery. Arrangements are under the personal care of LaGrone Blackburn Shaw Funeral Directors.

Royce was born in Amarillo Texas, on July 13, 1943 to Robert and Betty Nix.
He was a self-employed painter and belonged to the house painters union. Royce was very knowledgeable when it came to restoration and could restore just about anything.

He loved life, and enjoyed the great outdoors, especially camping, fishing and golf. He loved cars, especially the classics. Royce was a big fan of the old westerns, and could spend hours watching his favorites, such as John Wayne.

He was preceded in death by his parents and grandparents.

Those left to cherish his memory are, his wife Dottie; two daughters, Brenda Hadley, Tammy Hyre and her husband Thomas; three grandchildren, Kassi Gregory and her husband Nathan; Brittany Bacon and her husband Bryan, and Brady Patterson; five great-grandchildren, Jaxon Lopez, Jean Gregory, Noah Bacon, Barrett Wayne Bacon, and Ethan Patterson; one brother, Ronnie White, and one sister, Vera Phillips, and two nieces two nephews.
