Roy was born on December 22, 1951 in Las Vegas, Nevada to J.L. and Annie McNeer. The family moved to Amarillo, Texas in 1956. Roy graduated from Palo Duro High School in 1970.
Roy is preceded in death by his Father, J.L. McNeer
Survivors left to cherish his memories are his Mother, Annie McNeer of Amarillo, TX; Brother, Walter McNeer and wife Carol of Amarillo, TX; Sister, Linda Upchurch and husband David; 5 Nieces, 2 Nephews, and several Great-Nieces and Great-Nephews.
The Family has asked that in lieu of flowers, would everyone please help a loved one who smokes to stop smoking.
Memorial Services will be at 11:00 AM, Tuesday, June 21, 2011 in LaGrone-Blackburn-Shaw Coulter Road Chapel with Frank Wilson Jr. officiating.
