Rose Grady, 64, of Amarillo died on Sunday, February 8, 2015. Funeral services will be at 10:00 am, Wednesday, February 11, 2015 at LaGrone Blackburn Shaw Coulter Road Chapel with Donny Grady III and Michael D. Grady officiating. Burial will follow in Llano East cemetery. Arrangements are by LaGrone Blackburn Shaw Funeral Directors, 8310 S. Coulter.

Rose Grady was born on August 21, 1950 in Amarillo to Bennie and Vina Moats. She married Donald Grady on December 3, 1966 in Amarillo and was a homemaker. Rose loved quilting and made quilts for everyone. She also loved researching the family history. Rose liked going to the VFW and was a member of the Auxiliary. She also liked taking pictures, but most of all, Rose loved spending time with her family and will be deeply missed.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Donald, a daughter Tina Chavez, a son-in-law, Ricky Chavez and a great grandson Trey Martinez.

She is survived by three sons, Donny Grady and wife Beth, Michael Grady and wife Laurie and Rodger Grady and wife Jennifer, all of Amarillo; a brother, John Ross of Amarillo; a sister Diane Collins of Dumas; a daughter-in-law, Annette Horrell and husband Kent of Amarillo; eighteen grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.

The family would like to give special thanks to Jennifer and Ross of Interim Hospice for the care that they gave to Rose.

The family will be receiving guests from 6:00 - 7:30 pm, Tuesday, February 10, 2015 at LaGrone Blackburn Shaw Coulter Road Chapel.
