Ronny Lynn Murray

Ronny Lynn Murray, 72, of Amarillo died on October 28, 2021.

Memorial services will be at 11 am on Monday at the Central Church of Christ Chapel with Jason Love officiating.  Arrangements are by LaGrone-Blackburn-Shaw Funeral Directors.

Mr. Murray, was born in Amarillo, Texas on November 13, 1948 to Frank and Mary Murray.  He graduated from Palo Duro High School in 1968.  Ronny was known by most as Roundman and as Popper by his grandkids.  Ronny was a truck driver for over 35 years and he enjoyed fishing, riding his motorcycle and making knives.

Survivors include his wife Terry Murray and her daughter Tiffany Kirkpatrick of Amarillo, Roxanne Sanchez of Grapevine, Kasey Love and her husband Jason Love of Amarillo, Amy Micham and her husband Morgan of Jal, New Mexico and a son Shea Murray of Amarillo, Texas.  He had 3 sisters Mary McKee and husband Robert of Amarillo, Cindi Perry of Amarillo, and Cathy Wilson and her husband Gary of Lake Fork, Texas.  Ronny has 15 grandchildren and 5 great grandkids as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Ronny was preceded in death by his father Frank Murray, mother Mary Murray, brother John Murray and his wife Paula Murray.
