Roberto Genaro Curiel Montes

Roberto Genaro Curiel Montes, 67, of Amarillo passed away on Thursday, July 30, 2020. Funeral services will be at 2:00 pm, Monday, August 3, 2020 at LaGrone Blackburn Shaw Martin Road Chapel with Eric Ovando officiating. Burial will follow in Llano Cemetery. A visitation will be from 12:00 - 6:00 pm, Sunday, August 2, 2020 at LaGrone Blackburn Shaw Martin Road Chapel.

Roberto was born on September 19, 1952 in Chihuahua, Mexico to Antonio and Amparo Curiel. He worked at Walmart in the maintenance division until retiring in 2018. Roberto loved to travel, and watch television. He was also a big Texas Rangers and N.Y. Yankees baseball fan.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by his wife, Graciela; three sons, Roberto Cuirel and wife Angelica, Jose Curiel and wife Karina and Michael Curiel and wife Nallely; seven grandchildren, Aleni, Raquel, Roberto III, Ximena, Zaybri, Jose and Sinai; five sisters, Amparo Curiel, Estela Curiel, Celia Curiel, Velia Curiel, Bertha Curiel and two brothers, Mario Curiel and Antonio Curiel
