Ralph O. Knapper, 98, of Amarillo died Thursday, August 7, 2014. Funeral services will be at 10:00 am, Tuesday, August 12, 2014 at LaGrone Blackburn Shaw Coulter Road Chapel with Pastor Jason Huntington officiating. Burial will follow in Memory Gardens cemetery. Military Honors are by the DAV Chapter 26.
Mr. Knapper was born on July 2, 1916 in Cleveland, Ohio. He met his wife Gracie at church. They were married for 57 years before her death in 2002.
He was preceded in death by his wife Gracie and a daughter Janylee.
He is survived by numerous nieces and nephews in the Cleveland, Ohio area.
The family will be receiving friends from 5-7pm, Monday, August 11, 2014 at LaGrone Blackburn Shaw Coulter Road Chapel.
