Pauline"Nanny" Packebush

Pauline was born to Roy and Bessie Parham in Blocker, OK.  She was one of 4 children.  The Parham’s moved to Sanford, TX.  In January of 1946, she fell in love and married the love of her life, Richard “Wick” Packebush.  They had 3 children.  Pauline was a member of Grace Community Church where she helped in contributing to making the church what it is today.  Pauline had many titles through the years; Christian, Mother, Nanny, Friend and “the best peanut brittle maker”, in which she took much pride.  Pauline was a very strong, independent woman.  She touched a lot of people with her kindness and funny sense of humor.

She was preceded in death by her husband Richard “Wick” Packebush and daughter and best friend, Judy Dougherty

Those left to cherish her memory are her 2 sons, Richard N. Packebush II and Roy Steven Packebush; grandchildren, Buddy Brown and family, Michael Dougherty and son Brandon, Jimmy Dougherty and Matthew Dougherty and her precious great granddaughter, Paige Dougherty and her son-in-law Jim Dougherty who was married to her daughter Judy for 51 years.
