Patricia "Patty" Medina

Patricia "Patty" Medina, 41 of Amarillo passed from this life on Thursday, August 2, 2018. Rosary will be recited at 6:00pm on Wednesday August 8, 2018 in LaGrone Blackburn Shaw Martin Road Chapel. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 2:00 pm on Thursday, August 9, 2018 in Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church with Father Marco Antonio Gonzalez as Celebrant. Arrangements are under the personal care of LaGrone Blackburn Shaw Funeral Directors, 1505 Martin Road.

Patty was born on December 27, 1976 in Guadalajara, Mexico to Roberto and Elisa Medina. She grew up in Mexico and later moved to Amarillo, Texas. She worked as a cook at Oscar's Restaurant. She was a member of Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church and loved spending time with her three children.

She was preceded in death by a brother.

Patty leaves behind to cherish her memory her three children, Cassandra, Esmeralda and Martin Ramirez; parents, Roberto and Elisa Medina; a brother, fours sisters, and numerous cousins, nieces, nephews and close friends.

Viewing will begin on Tuesday, August 7, 2018 from 10 to 8:00 pm at the funeral home.
