Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:00 A.M. Thursday, February 21, 2013 at St. Laurence Catholic Church with Father Felipe Alvarez officiating.
Rosary will be said at 6:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 20, 2013 at LaGrone-Blackburn-Shaw Martin Road Chapel.
Octavio was born on July 17, 1990 in Amarillo to Octavio Villagran, Sr. and Carolina Mendez. He was raised and educated in Amarillo and worked in the oil fields.
Survivors include his parents, his sister Nancy Mendoza and his brother Elio Mendoza both of Amarillo, grandparents, Bertha Lopez and Ramiro Mendez of Mexico and his girlfriend Leslie Arroyo of Amarillo.
