Nola M. Havins, 76, of Amarillo died on March 31, 2015. Memorial services will be at 11:00 am, Friday, April 3, 2015 at Central Church of Christ with Pastor Allan Stranglin officiating. Arrangements are by LaGrone Blackburn Shaw Funeral Directors, 8310 S. Coulter.

Nola Havins was born on November 29, 1938 in Ralls, TX to Shirley and Ruth Moore. She graduated from Quanah High School and married the love of her life, Derrell Havins on November 16, 1957 in Quanah. Nola worked as an office manager in the oil and gas industry for over 30 years. She was the president of the Desk and Derrick club and was a member of the soroptimist club. Nola loved to travel the world and had many favorite locations, but her favorite location to travel to was where ever her grandchildren were.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

She is survived by her husband Derrell; a daughter, Cheryl Hudson and husband Ronnie of Amarillo; two sons, Mark Havins of Lubbock and Monty Havins and wife Sheila of Indianapolis; two brothers, Lee Moore and wife Dee and J.H. Moore and wife Warretta, both of Amarillo; seven grandchildren, Halie Peitz and husband Cody of Lubbock, Justin Havins of Dallas, Jarrett Hudson and wife Haleigh of Amarillo, Taylor Havins of Dallas, Coby Havins of Amarillo, Hunter Havins of Lubbock and Kelbi Havins of Amarillo and one great grandson, Jack Hudson of Amarillo.

The family will be receiving friends from 6:00 - 8:00 pm, Thursday, April 2, 2015 at LaGrone Blackburn Shaw Coulter Road Chapel, 8310 S. Coulter.
