Mary was born to Bertha and Joe Rogers on January 7, 1923, in Lincoln County, Missouri. She met Maxie Crue Allen in Texline, TX, and the couple were married in October, 1947.

Mary received a degree from Draughn's Business College in the 1970's and worked as a bookkeeper for a music company for several years. She was also long time member of Southwest Baptist Church in Amarillo.

She loved spending time with all of her great-grandchildren and made many new friends at her new home, The Waterford. Mary also enjoyed attending Sunday School each Sunday at The Waterford with First Baptist Church.
Her dedication to family and her love will live on in the hearts of her family and friends. Mary was much loved and will be missed.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Maxie Allen and stepson, Fred Allen.
