Margaret Barr was born on May 11, 1929 in Purcell, Oklahoma to J.E. and Molly Miller. She taught 2nd grade at Forest Hill School for 35 years. She was associated with the meals on wheels and helped at the Plemons Court Library. She was a member of the Red Hat Society.
She is survived by 2 daughters, Sue Tomes of Waxahachie, Texas and Patricia Matthews of Panhandle, Texas. 4 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
Margaret is preceded in death by her husband Thomas Barr, her sister Ada McBeth, daughter Janice Ford and grandson Vance Ford in 1985 and her parents.
She is survived by 2 daughters, Sue Tomes of Waxahachie, Texas and Patricia Matthews of Panhandle, Texas. 4 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
