Madison "Madi" Taylor Hulen, 21, of Amarillo died on July 2, 2015. Funeral services will be at 2:00 pm, Thursday, July 9, 2015 at Hillside Christian Church South Campus with Pastor Craig Albracht officiating. Burial will be in Llano East Cemetery. Arrangements by LaGrone Blackburn Shaw Funeral Directors.
Madi was born on June 23, 1994 in Amarillo to Michael and Tillie Hulen. Madi attended school in Amarillo and graduated from Randall High School in 2012. She played softball for Nemesis Club where she received a scholarship for Independence Community College, Independence Kansas. Madi enjoyed spending time with her family, loved to go to the lake and watching old movies.
She was preceded in death by sister, Brooke Hulen, grandparents, Harold and Kay Dressler, great grandparents, Ruby Hulen, and Helen and Watters Fain.
She is survived by her daughter, Adelaide Morin; boyfriend, Jacob Morin; parents, Michael and Tillie Hulen; sisters, Sydney Hulen and Averiann Hulen; grandparents, Jeff and Cheryl Phillips; grandfather, David T. Hulen; great grandparents, Walter and Luella Spruill and Donald and Laverne Hulen, and host of loving family and friends.
The family will be receiving family and friends Wednesday, July 8, 2015 from 6:00 to 7:30 at LaGrone Blackburn Shaw Coulter Road Chapel, 8310 S Coulter.
