Jody was a devoted, son, brother, husband, father, grandfather and provider. He was a professional painter by trade all of his life and served his country in the Army Reserves.
A free spirit by heart, he was passionate about his family, horses, country music, classic westerns, his Harley and most all, his beloved wife Gloria. Everyone who knew Jody knew he was a genuine soul, tough, but yet soft at heart, a "true" Texas "Cowboy". He loved spending his free time with his darlin' wife, Gloria Malone riding his Harley, riding horses and 'loving on' his grandchildren. Jody will be missed dearly by many friends and family members. Although he is gone from this life, he has moved on to the next where he is at peace with his Savior.
Jody was preceded in death by his mother Billie Jo Keith, father, Lonnie Malone, and two daughters LaDonna and Misty Malone. "Death leaves heartache no one can heal, Love leaves a memory no one can steal." - Unknown "Don't lose faith; I'll be "see ‘in" you soon."
He is survived by his loving and devoted wife Gloria Malone, three sons Jody Lee Malone, Steven Joe Malone and his fiancée Margaret Sandoval, Leroy Donnie Hernandez and his wife Lydia Hernandez, a grandson and granddaughter, Isaac and Desiree Malone, two great grandchildren Dominic Ace Malone, and a great granddaughter, and two daughters at heart Alba Hermosillo, and Tiffany Sandoval. a brother Earl Malone, three sisters Sandra Browning, Nina Mason, Barbara Hodges their families, and host of nieces and nephews, and two longtime friends and brothers at heart Wayne Cates and Jimmy Thomas, and his loving "Selena", who was always by his side.
