Lester Paul Trimmell

Lester “Paul” Trimmell, 54, passed away on December 14, 2024. He was born on June 26, 1970, in Amarillo. He was raised by Carolyn “Nana” Trimmell and Roy Trimmell. Nana was hoping for a girl but instead received a special gift to make it the three Trimmell boys, they made special history memories together. The stories never ended!

Paul graduated from Friona in 1989. He was a good athlete but most of all a good person to everyone. He continued his career in welding and continued his working skills at his former job for the last several years.

He is survived by his mother Carolyn “Nana” Trimmell, three brothers, Kevin (Sidna) Trimmell from Oklahoma, Glen (Lori) Trimmell from Amarillo, Jeff (Cindy) Trimmell from Dallas, his sister Rita Trimmell from Dallas, and many nephews and nieces that adored him. He is preceded in death by his father Roy Trimmell.

Paul will always be remembered by his generous heart and hard working skills. He had so much love for everyone, even the calfs he would take home to nurture them back to health so they could have a chance.

Paul was known to eat and run. As long as the food was ready, he was ready to eat and go back home and nap.

His brothers could always count on him no matter what the situation was, Paul was always a phone call away.
