Kenneth was born April 13, 1979, in Amarillo to Gerald and Tami Lloyd Tracey. He loved painting, volunteering and was close to his family. He was very Christian and a devoted and giving uncle. He loved video games. He attended Cowboy Church and Arena of Life.
He was preceded in death by his father, Gerald Tracey.
Survivors include his mother, Tami Hightower of Amarillo; a sister, Darlene DeCarlo and husband Jesse of Amarillo; a brother, Jeramey Tracey and wife Tiffany of Amarillo; a niece, Mariah Tracey; two nephews, Ryan DeCarlo and Matthew Tracey; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
