Kendra Kay Shaw

Kendra Kay Shaw was born in Plainview, TX on December 12, 1982 to Lee and Eloisa Franklin. Kendra was blessed with having a large and loving family. She married her best friend and fellow college student Trever Shaw, on June 26, 2004 in Burlington, CO. Fun fact they got to know each other through a blind date set up by their friend! They got engaged at 4 months and Trever proposed with a ring from a bubble gum machine because she “didn’t need anything expensive” and they got married 6 months later and started creating their happily ever after. Kendra raised her seven children with love, discipline and humility. She was a homemaker and taught them to read, write, cook, and clean. Kendra was an educator at heart. She was kind but outspoken and always had time to answer a question or solve a problem, no matter how small. She was always willing to help anyone. She will be dearly missed by her loved ones.

Kendra is survived by her husband - Trever Children - KayLee(Richard Bauman), Lorena, Taryn, Destiney, Jace and Tobias, Granddaughter Brynnlee Bauman, Father and Mother Lee Franklin and Eloisa (Franklin) Passalacaqua, and sisters Jessica Jasper(and family) & LeAndra Franklin Amaya(and family).

She is preceded in death by her daughter, Katalina Rose and Grandmother Annette Flanders.
