Funeral service will be Monday, March 18, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. in LaGrone-Blackburn-Shaw Martin Road Chapel with Jim Ledford of Cowboy Church officiating.
Burial will be at 2:00 p.m. Monday March 18, 2013 in Citizens Cemetery in Clarendon.
Kathy was born on August 1, 1962 in Memphis. She was raised in Amarillo and attended Horace Mann Junior High and Palo Duro High School. She worked for many years at Pride Home Center and was well known there for her outgoing and friendly personality. She was a kind and loving daughter, sister and mother. Kathy will be dearly missed by everyone who’s lives she touched. She was preceded in death by her grandfather Wesley Price Webb.
Survivors include her son Dustin Frederick and wife Lil of Amarillo; her parents, Willard Webb of Amarillo and Lois Proctor Hamil of Dallas; her brother Glen Webb of Amarillo; her grandmother, Etta Martiel Webb of Amarillo; her aunts and uncles Doris Lemons and Sandra Butler both of Amarillo, Jerry Proctor and wife Barbara of Livingston, Glenda Atkins of Nash, Kenneth Proctor and wife Inelda of Blossom, Vela and Wesley Webb of Whitedeer, and Billie and Kenneth Webb of Golthewaite.
