Judy was born on October 10, 1949 in Hobart, Oklahoma to Artie and Ethel Bailey. She moved to Amarillo with her family when she was a baby where she grew up and attended local schools. Judy married Jerry Veazey on December 5, 1969. She was a homemaker where she raised their three children. She enjoyed shopping. Her greatest joy was reading the Bible, praying and singing her favorite hymns. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
She was preceded in death by her parents, a son Jeremy Veazey, two brothers Daniel bailey and Jerry Bailey and her mother and father in law Leo and Ethel Veazey.
Judy is survived by her husband of 48 years, Jerry Veazey; two children, Chad Veazey and wife Carly and Shellie Hamilton and husband Michael; ten grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
