Juanita L. Urioste79, of Amarillo died on Friday, May 8, 2015. Rosary will be said at 7:00 pm, Wednesday, May 13, 2015 at LaGrone Blackburn Shaw Coulter Road Chapel. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11:00 am, Thursday, May 14, 2015 at St. Ann's Catholic Church with Father Phu Phan as Celebrant. Burial will follow in Memory Gardens Cemetery.

Juanita was born on April 22, 1936 in Pasamonte, NM to Steve and Alesia Leal. She was a housewife who loved taking care of her family. She was an amazing, strong and loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother who will be missed as much as she was loved.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a great granddaughter.

She is survived by her husband Fred of the home; three daughters, Patricia Smith and Michael Castleberry and Norma Briscoe and husband Terry, both of Amarillo and Gloria Arellano and husband Moses of Wichita, KS; a son Freddie Urioste and wife Gloria of Amarillo; eleven grandchildren, Jennifer and Joe Sanchez, Kellie Ruiz and Koreen Bryant, Marcus Ruiz, Jeremy and Erika Urioste, Andrew and Jill Urioste, Jeff and Caryle Green, and Carlie Briscoe, all of Amarillo, Travis and Michelle Arellano of Lawrence, KS, Christopher and Tisha Arellano of Wichita, KS, Freddie and Candi Urioste of Loveland, CO and Derek Green of Ft. Worth; fourteen great grandchildren, Angel and Alex Sanchez, Mia Bryant, Tiffini Herrera and Hudson Green, Bryson Urioste, Bladen Urioste, Beaux Urioste, Brock Urioste, Braxton Urioste, nathan Urioste and Mia Urioste, all of Amarillo, Tearnie Ruiz of Oklahoma City, Mykala Ruiz and Kason Ruiz, both of Michigan, Trevor and Taedyn Arellano, both of Lawrence and Mercedes H. Urioste, Sabrina H. Urioste and Zachary Urioste, all of Loveland and four great great grandchildren, Lettie Jae Vanderver of Oklahoma City, Bentley Solomonson of Loveland and William Herrera and Ava Knott, both of Amarillo.
