Joe was born on February 12, 1952 in Lubbock, TX to Maria Inez Segovia and Silverio. He was raised in Amarillo. Joe had a passion for Tejano Music and loved being in his garden. He was loved by many and will be greatly missed all who knew him.
Joe is survived by his wife, Felicitas Segovia; five sons, Marvin, Manuel, Patrick, Luis, and Eric; five daughters, Nora, Zulema, Veronica, Carla, and Kassandra; three brothers, Silverio, Tony, and Manuel; five sisters, Rosemary, Celia, Romona, Maria, and Linda; and 12 grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
