Johnny Joe Lozano

Johnny Joe Lozano, 16, of Amarillo died on Thursday, October 22, 2015. Funeral services will be at 10:00 am, Wednesday, October 28, 2015 at LaGrone Blackburn Shaw Coulter Road Chapel, 8310 S. Coulter. Burial will follow in Llano East Cemetery. Arrangements are by LaGrone Blackburn Shaw Funeral Directors.
Joe was born on September 15, 1999 in Amarillo to Joe Lozano and Alma Gonzalez. Joe was attending Palo Duro High School where he was a trumpet player in the Pride of the Northside Marching band. Joe loved working on cars and playing any sport that involved a ball. He loved helping people in any possible way and spending time with his friends. Joe especially loved spending time with his family and loved them dearly. His dream was to keep his family united.
He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Yolanda Moreno Gonzalez and an aunt, Joann Gonzalez.
He is survived by his parents; two sisters, Yolanda Gonzalez and husband Alonzo-Fierro of Plainview and Tamra Lozano; a brother, Andrew Lozano, both of Amarillo; two Grandfathers, Juan T. Gonzalez of Waco and Jose I. Lozano Sr. of Clovis and a Grandmother, Elaine Luera of Muleshoe and a nephew, Domenic Fierro of Plainview.
The family will be receiving friends from 5:30 - 7:00 pm, Tuesday, October 27, 2015 at LaGrone Blackburn Shaw Martin Road Chapel, 1505 Martin Road.
