Funeral service will be at 3:00 p.m. Friday May 17, 2013 at LaGrone Blackburn Shaw Coulter Rd. Chapel with Kelvin Hamilton officiating.
Visitation will be Thursday May 16, 2013 from 6-8 pm at LaGrone-Blackburn-Shaw Coulter Road Chapel.
Mr. Hamilton was born in Vernon TX, to Mr. John and Viola King Hamilton on May 25, 1926. Joe served his country in the Navy during WWII. Joe loved to hunt and fish. Joe and his wife Mary Bird Hamilton loved to dance. He was an amazing carpenter and performed his craft for several decades. In his off time he was an avid reader. He was a member of the Moose Lodge and the Carpenter’s local. Joe will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
He is preceded in death by parents and wife.
Survivors include Daughter Pam Eubanks; and Son Joe Hamilton and wife Julie; Sister Alda Hart; and Brother Bill Hamilton. Six Grandchildren and ten Great-Grandchildren.
