Janie Nell Pulido was born September 22, 1937 in Milam Tennessee to Alton and Vadie West.
She married Raymond Pulido in 1971. She was a loving wife and devoted mother. Her greatest role however, was “gramma”. She adored her grandchildren and was so involved in their upbringing. Janie worked as a CNA for many years, she had a heart for helping others. Janie was also a woman who proudly stood for our lord, never missing a chance to tell you “how much he has blessed me”. The last few years she lived in a senior apartment community where she made many dear friends, and she loved spending time with them. Janie also loved to fish, garden, and go to the thrift stores. Her absolute favorite though was casino trips! To know her, was to love her. She will be deeply missed.
She was proceeded in death by her husband Raymond Pulido, daughter Denise Rodriguez, parents Alton and Vadie West, and all of her siblings.
Janie is survived by her daughter Jessica Garcia for Amarillo, sons Ray and Scott Needham of Charlotte, MI, grandchildren Samantha and Shelby Garcia of Amarillo, Rueben, Amy and Joey Rodriguez of Lubbock, Jeremiah and Joshua Needham of Lansing MI, and Tobias, Dillion, Isaac, Shelly and Israel all of Charlotte, MI. Numerous nieces and Nephews and great grandchildren.
