James Louis Hamilton

James "Jim" Louis Hamilton, 47 of Springfield, Missouri, died Wednesday, November 8, 2023. He was born in Amarillo, Texas on March 13, 1976 to his parents, Ian and Mary Hamilton. He lived in many different places over the years.  He enjoyed fishing, drinking beer and listening to music.

He is survived by his father, Ian Hamilton, of Amarillo.  Four sisters, Michelle Maxey of Amarillo, Julie Hamilton of Missouri, Sandy Woodriff of Tennessee, and Jackie Ferry and her husband, Micheal of Amarillo. Seven children James Hamilton, II and his wife, Avinlea of Borger, Clayton Hamilton of Dallas, Maryann Hamitlon of Amarilo, Texas  and Kinely Hamilton, Paisley Hamilton, Bentley Hamilton & Riley Hamilton of Springfield, Missouri. He also has 4 grandchildren plus numerous nieces and nephews and other family members.

He was preceded in death by both sets of grandparents, Forest and Margert Ward, Mary and Louis Benzer, his uncle Curt Ward , and his mother Mary Hamitlon.

Memorial services will be held on November 14, 2023 at 1:00 pm at the Church Alive at 1819 Canadian Street Amarillo Texas 79108
