Jackie was born on March 18, 1949 to Doss Wayne Maner and Pat Howington in Lubbock and attended the Littlefield schools. After retiring from the Clements unit as a prison guard she loved spending time with her family and grandchildren, Alisha and Lauren.
Jackie is survived by a son, Dustin Egger and wife Stephanie; her mother, Pat Howington; a sister, Diane Overland and husband Keith; a brother, Steve Maner and wife Jodi and grandchildren Alisha and Lauren.
