Funeral service will be Wednesday April 10, 2013 at 3:00 pm at LaGrone~Blakburn~Shaw Coulter Road Chapel with Jim Fox of IntegraCare Hospice and Brian Cooper chaplain of Georgia Manor Nursing Home officiating.
Inez June Marriott was born March 7, 1923 unto Joseph and Aurilla Wheeler in Petrolia, Texas. She went to be with the Lord on April 7, 2013. Inez was an avid scrabble player, and loved to read. She was a beautician in Dalhart, TX. For many years she proudly worked as a Senior Nurse Tech at the original Northwest Texas Hospital and retired from Baptist Hospital. The family would like to express a special thank you to the staff of Georgia Manor for the love and care they provided over the years and also to Integra Care Hospice as Inez approached the end of life.
She is preceded in death by her daughter Tammy Watson of Whitesboro, TX; grandchild Mike Rimmer of California; two Brothers Horace Wheeler; Tommy Wheeler; two Sisters Pauline Gilmore and Eulamae Loftis.
Inez is survived by four children Bobbye Tupper and husband Howard of Ocean Springs MS; Kathryn Mondry and husband Joe of Bonita Springs, FL; Sylvia Jordan and husband Bob of Amarillo, TX; and Carroll Marriott and wife Debi of Canyon TX. One brother, Don Wheeler of Wichita Falls, TX; Twelve Grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
