Graham was born Nov. 19, 1917, in Colbert, Okla., to John Wesley and Mittie Cahoon Harvey. He served in the U.S. Navy during World War II.
Graham received a bachelor's degree from Wayland Baptist College and served for more than two years as a missionary to Brazil during the 1950s. He served as pastor to several churches over the past 58 years. Most recently, he was interim pastor at Primera Iglesia Bautista Jerusalem for five years.
He retired from the U.S. Bureau of Mines as a mine safety instructor. He was a member of Temple Baptist Church, where he served as a deacon and was an active participant in the Joy Club. His interests included singing, fishing, gardening and woodworking.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Opal Baker Harvey; his mother and father; and two brothers, Howard and Ralph Harvey.
Survivors include three sons, James Harvey and wife Martha, Barry Harvey and wife Queena, and Gerald Harvey and wife Naomi; four grandchildren, Mark Harvey, Kevin Harvey, Michelle Johnson and Jennifer McClurg; 10 great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
