Grace Killmer

Grace was born on October 6, 1912 in St. Louis, MO to Richard and Freda Elliott. She married Donald Killmer on November 7, 1936. He preceded her in death on September 27, 1983. She was a devoted homemaker and enjoyed gardening, music, painting and being with her family. She was an active member of Polk Street United Methodist Church and its 50/50 Bible Study Class. Grace was also active with the Amarillo College Faculty Wives, various book clubs, the Amarillo Symphony and the Little Theater.
She is survived by 4 sons, Donald and his wife Melinda Killmer, Richard and his wife Sidney Killmer, John and his wife Laura Killmer and Robert and his wife Gwen Killmer; a daughter, Susan and her husband Richard Scheer; 10 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
