Gladys was born May 16, 1929 unto William and Floy Geislar Kelley in Natchitochs, Louisiana. She married the love of her life Bobby Rowe on March 21, 1954. They had three children Jeanette, Terry and Donnetta. Gladys and Bobby have been members of Arden Road Baptist Church since 1992.
Gladys was preceded in death by a daughter
Donnetta and her parents.
Gladys is survived by her husband of 59 years Bobby Rowe, her children Jeanette Winn and Terry Rowe, her grandchildren Bob Long, Tera Barton, Jay Long, Jon Long, Amanda Breaux, Jacob Rowe, Creighton and Cristen Dent. 14 great grandchildren, three great great grandchildren. Two brothers James and Randall Kelley
