Geraldine McDonald, 92 of Amarillo passed away on November 18, 2011. Services will be at 11:00 am Monday in Llano Cemetery Mausoleum Chapel with Russ Pennington officiating. Mrs. McDonald was born May 20, 1919, in Clovis, N.M., to Willis and Ethel Brasher Westfall. She married Paul McDonald on Jan. 8, 1935, in Clovis. He passed away in 1991. She and her parents were charter members of San Jacinto Methodist Church. Geraldine loved to hunt and fish when she was younger, and she loved watching sports, especially NASCAR racing. She had a cafe on the dock at Lake Conchas.
She was also preceded in death by two sons, Tommy McDonald and Jerral McDonald; a brother, Don Westfall; and a granddaughter, Paula Farris.
Her survivors include a son, Sidney McDonald and wife Bobbie of Amarillo; six grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
The Family will receive friends at the Funeral Home from 4-6:00 pm on Sunday, November 20, 2011 at 8310 S. Coulter Rd.
