George Thurman Mock Jr., 60, of Amarillo died Thursday, Dec. 22, 2011.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday, December 26, 2011 in LaGrone-Blackburn-Shaw Coulter Chapel with the Rev. Ken Haney officiating. Arrangements are by LaGrone-Blackburn-Shaw Funeral Directors, Coulter Road Chapel, 8310 S. Coulter St.
Mr. Mock was born Jan. 14, 1951, to George and Mary Mock. He enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and occasionally playing slot machines.
Survivors include three daughters, Leah Clay, Stacy Mock and Jennifer Robinson, all of Amarillo; two sons, Robin Shoemaker and Randy Robinson, both of Canyon; 15 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; two brothers, Tracy Mock of Mississippi and Blynn Mock of the Dallas-Fort Worth area; and two sisters, Sharlotte Parrish of Amarillo and Bobbie Fauske of Bushland.
