Funeral service will be 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, August 7, 2012 at the LaGrone-Blackburn-Shaw Martin Road Chapel 1505 Martin Road. Arrangements by LaGrone-Blackburn-Shaw Funeral Directors.
His visitation will take place on Monday, August 6, 2012 5-6pm at the funeral home.
Gary was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma to the late James Edward Witt Jr. and Helen Jeanie Rogers. Gary worked for the City of Amarillo. He loved his job and was known to be a hard worker. Just ask the City of Amarillo tire shop employees. Gary will remain in our hearts until we join him again at the gates of heaven where we know he will be waiting with open arms for his family. Survivors include Belinda Wensil his fiancée of Amarillo, daughter Crystal Melendrez and husband Raul; his brother Jim of Dallas and three beautiful grandchildren Anthony, Marcos and Lillianna.
