Freida Mae Bartlow

Services will be 10:30 A.M. Saturday Nov. 24, 2012 at Bivins Memorial Nursing Home with Rev. Jeff Messer, Chaplain of Bivins Nursing Home officiating. Arrangements are by LaGrone-Blackburn-Shaw Funeral Directors, Coulter Road Chapel.
Mrs. Bartlow was born June 7, 1927 in Malvern, AR to J.W. and Addie Mae Altsman. She married Donald Bartlow in Amarillo in 1947 and they spent 64 wonderful years together. They had two sons, David and Paul.
She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, Charles Alstman and Lee Altsman and a daughter-in-law, Susan Bartlow.
Survivors include her two sons, David Bartlow and wife Laina of Amarillo and Paul Bartlow of Friendswood; a brother, Nelson Altsman of Wyoming; a sister-in-law, Frankie Altsman of Delta, CO; four grandchildren, Shawn Nelson and wife Danetta and Josh Nelson and wife Keri all of Mansfield; Suzann O’Brien and husband Bill of Crystal Lake, IL and Summer Lea and husband Raymond of Fritch; eleven great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and cousins and many good friends.
