Florene Odell Pugh Bramblett
February 16, 1925 — June 27, 2015
Flo Bramblett, 90 of Amarillo, passed away June 27, 2015. Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 am Thursday, July 2, 2015 at First Baptist Church Chapel with Dr. Howard K. Batson officiating. Burial will follow in Llano Cemetery by LaGrone Blackburn Shaw Funeral Directors, 8310 S. Coulter Rd.
Flo was born February 16, 1925 in Tallacy, ALA to Benjamin and Flora Pugh. She married Harry D. "Foozy" Bramblett on February 23, 1946 in Amarillo. Flo was a member of First Baptist Church for over 65 years. She loved to cook for everyone she knew and was an excellent cook. She loved spending time with her family and has gone home to Jesus.
She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Harry D., brother Benny, sister Mary and son Dale.
Survivors include: her three daughters; Donna Mays and Debbie Root, both of Duncanville and Gail Williams of Amarillo, her grandchildren; Robert Mays III and wife Erin of Colorado Springs, CO, Dr. Melinda Motes and husband Alan of Denver, CO, Chris and Angie Foster of Amarillo, Jennifer Carlson and husband Wally of Brookfield, IL, Kimberly Bramblett of Norman, OK, Joshua Bramblett and wife Megan of Phoenix, AZ, Taylor Olijar and husband Don of Oak Lawn, IL, Alex Williams and Andy Williams, both of Avondale, AZ and her sixteen great grandchildren.
