Fernando Jaramillo

Fernando Jaramillo, 30, of Amarillo passed away on Monday, July 23, 2018. Funeral services are set for 10:00 am, Saturday July 28, 2018 in LaGrone Blackburn Shaw Martin Road Chapel. Burial will follow in Llano Cemetery. Arrangements are under the personal care of LaGrone Blackburn Shaw Funeral Directors, 1505 Martin Road.

Fernando was born on September 25, 1987 in Amarillo to Richard and Maria Guadalupe (Salas) Jaramillo. He lost his father at a very young age and he was raised by his stepfather, Jose Licano.

Fernando was a wonderful person, full of joy and love. He had a great sense of humor and adventure. His favorite holiday was Fourth of July and he became like a child with his fireworks! He enjoyed riding a 4-wheeler on the Canadian River any time he could. He had such a loving soul and he will be missed so much.

He was preceded in death by his father, Richard Jaramillo and his grandmother, Anita Roman.

Those left to cherish his memory are his daughters, Dezarae Jaramillo and Janessa Jaramillo; his parents, Jose Luis Licano and Maria Guadalupe Jaramillo; his sister, Jasmin Licano and many extended family members.
