Felecia Ardell Phillips 58, passed away on February 3, 2023. She was born in Amarillo Texas on June 25, 1964, to Elmer and Vivian Gore. Felecia married Alfred Phillips on June 14, 2016.

She is survived by her husband Alfred Phillips, sons Michael, Timothy Gore, Alfred (Traci) Milligan, Joseph (Traci) Holland, daughter Shameka (Melvin) Parker, sister Jackie Johnson, brother Ted Gore, and a host of relatives and friends.

Felecia was preceded by her parent Elmer and Vivian Gore, and her son Edward Gore.
