Esther V. Pinales, 91, of Amarillo died on Tuesday, May 2, 2017. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am, Friday, May 5, 2017 in LaGrone Blackburn Shaw Coulter Road Chapel. Arrangements are under the direction of LaGrone Blackburn Shaw Funeral Directors, 8310 S Coulter St., Amarillo, Texas.
Esther was born on August 22, 1925 in San Antonio, Texas to Fransisco and Maria Valerio. She grew up in San Antonio where she graduated from high school. She married Humberto Pinales on May 30, 1953 and together they raised five boys. She enjoyed watching wrestling and eating at IHOP. All who knew her and loved her will miss her sweet sprit and beautiful smile.
She was preceded in death by her parents, two sons, Raymond and Michael; two sisters, Pauline and Ceria and two brothers, Tony and Larry.
Mrs. Pinales is survived by her three sons, Phillip Pinales of San Marcos, Texas, David Pinales and wife Elaine of Amarillo, Texas and James Pinales of San Marcos, Texas; eight grandchildren, Adam Pinales, Briana Pinales Rynearson, Meagan Pinales, Skyler Pinales, Carina Boston Pinales, Deana Pinales, Shannon Pinales and Ashley Nicole Pinales; and ten great grandchildren, Jupiter, Paedon, Peyton, Mason, Shelby, Alayna, Hunter, Bridger, Evaline and Oliver.
The family will receive friends from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm on Thursday, May 4, 2017 at LaGrone Blackburn Shaw Coulter Road Chapel.
