Graveside Service will be Monday, September 26, 2016 at 2 pm at Llano Cemetery Mausoleum with Pastor Bob Miller officiating. LaGrone Blackburn Shaw Funeral Directors, Martin Road Chapel, is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Little, born in Johnson County, moved to Amarillo from San Angelo in 1948. She was employed at the Amarillo Globe News for thirteen years, retiring in 1985. She was a member of Christ Lutheran Church, Daughters of the Republic of Texas, Burlington Ladies Auxiliary #312 and Burlington Veterans Association.
Emarie is preceded in death by her parents, Calvin and Emma Jean Taylor and her husband, Dwain (Buck) Little in 1995.
Emarie is survived by two daughters, Dwaina Pitts of Denver, CO. and Barbara Ellis of Amarillo; three grandchildren, Cody Ray Key of Denver, CO, Amy Mahan of Fort Worth and Jamie Ellis of Amarillo; and two great-grandchildren, Cooper and Conner Mahan of Fort Worth.
