Eluteria Solis Ortiz, 81, passed away on Saturday, May 5, 2018. Rosary will be said at 6:00 pm, Wednesday, May 9, 2018 at LaGrone Blackburn Shaw Martin Road Chapel. Funeral mass will be celebrated at 2:00 pm, Thursday, May 10, 2018 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church with Father Gomez as Celebrant.

Eluteria was born on May 26, 1936 in San Antonio to Evince and Petra Solis. She was a housewife who loved to take care of her family. Eluteria was a great cook who had a heart of gold. She loved playing bingo and going to eat at Golden Corral or Furr's cafeteria.

She was preceded in death by her parents; two sons, Jessie Solis and Henry Solis; two daughters, Rose Marie Flores and Ernestina Rodriguez; seven brothers and three sisters.

Eluteria is survived by seven sons, Leoncio Rodriguez Jr. and wife Delores, Joe Rodriguez and wife Elizabeth, Arthur Rodriguez, Carlos Rodriguez, Robert Rodriguez and wife Juanita, Armando Ortiz and wife Ruth and Pedro Alvarado; one daughter, Christina Rodriguez; thirty grandchildren and thirty great grandchildren.
